((One question, is it still raining outside?))

ooc:Yeah, I think it is....
ic:Citali and Glade started laughing, too, for they had never heard another sneeze like Kesh before. Citali never sneezed, only shook her head and blew out, while Glade's sneezes were quiet and virtually unnoticable.
"Well, now that we're all filled up, what are we going to do now?" Citali almost shot a look at Tempestas, but held herself back. Glade, as he had spoken, could tell what she was thinking, and smiled a little.

ooc:Sorry, late post! No, the rain's stopped and the sun's about to rise, and it's considered Spring now. Only it will be a little chilly and some frost be here and there, because Spring has just recently arrived.

Tempestas glanced up to Citali and then rose to his mitts, striding over to the opening of the den. HIs icy blue eyes searched out into the morning light, a beam of sun rising above the low laying hills. His voice sounded glorious as he shouted in joy, "The sun has risen! Today is the first day of spring!"
He strode out into the morning light, heading towards Tor's Mirror, and the Twin Trees. From there, the veiw was magnificent, and he had come to enjoy it. As he came to a stop between the two tree's and facing the lake, he tilted back his head and let loose a long, declaring howl. They had made it through winter, and he was letting the world know.

Citali, too, even though she remained at the Dens, let out a long, joyful howl. Winter was over, and the time of the thriving Putnar had arrived. Glade joined his sister, for there was a true bond between them, as with most other siblings. As the chorus of howls rose over the land, many Lera turned their heads, but not in fear. Most of the Lera were eaten by the Putnar, but today was the first day of spring, and life's circle was going to get back on the right path. All was as it should have been.

Kesh laughed with the rest of them. He lifted his head to spot the sun as its rays slanted down and illuminated the world everywhere. He stepped forward eagerly, throwing his head back to howl with Citali and Tempestas.

Temepstas slowly let his howl echo and fade in the mountains before striding towards the mirror lake. Sitting down infront of it, he looked down at his refelction before whispering, "Fenris, I thank you for helping me feed my family, and for sending us Spring."
He looked up to the cave, seeing Citali, adding towards the male wolf god, "And for sending me towards Citali and her brother Glade."

Kesh gave a lopsided grin, as he gazed up at the sun. He stepped forward and out of the cave wordlessly, to watch the land where the snow didn't cover it all up. His eyes shone as he felt the warmth of the sun. "Thank Fenris."

One thing Citali knew was for sure about her, she loved the time of Spring. When everything melted away and then came new life, but she wasn't thinking about that. She had despised the thought before just a few weeks ago, but now she realized that this time of year was when all the young Lera would open their eyes to the world and let Tor and Fenris smile down upon them.
She wondered what it would be like to care for cubs, for she never took part in the care of them as am adolecent Varg back in her old pack with Glade. But now, with everyone just waiting for it to happen, she realized one thing-How would she know what to do? Citali could still hear the eerie echoe of her howl, but she did not let this discourage her, for it was Spring now, what was there to fear?
ooc:Blizz and I are thinking on the way the pups look and their names, they'll be born...maybe a week after we finally make decisions, right Blizzard?

Aoi listened to the howl fade, then the sound of it's echo. The white dragga laid herself down, breathing in the scents of spring. Her tail swished back and forth at the new smells, winter had left them and now spring was here. "What are you thinking so hard about?" Aoi asked Citali, figuring that the alpha had her mind on something, since she hadn't said much.

Kesh, standing slightly in front of them stretched. He couldn't help but mutter a reply to Aoi's question. "Maybe it's warm enough to swim." He looked out toward all the water in the lake. Never could he swim in the winter, and now that spring was here, he was longing for the chance to splash into the water at a running leap.

"Kesh, it's the first day of spring, why would the water just magically heat up like it was nothing?" Citali growled, a slightly icy edge to her voice. Her train of thought had been broken, but she wasn't going to make a scene about it.
"Well, while you're all doing whatever you're going to do, I'm going to take a walk out in the forest." Glade got up from his lazy lying position and slowly began to follow her.
"Alone."

Kesh shrugged nonchalantly. "Because the snow's gone away? I dunno..."

Citali sighed, she had to feel sorry for Kesh's breif chain of stupidity. She managed to ignore it this time, though, and continued walking. What she was looking for she would keep between herself and her mind, and nothing else.
As she walked, the pained bellow of a Herla fell apon her auds, just beyond the nearest tree. She leaped towards the trunk, rearing on her hind quarters and peering beyond the thick trunk of the tree. The hind had just given birth to a tiny fawn, and it was still wet. The grass was covered in blood, which made Citali gagg a little. But the fact that their was a helpless new life before her made the sickening twist in her belly melt away, like the snow was already beginning to do. The little creature opened it's monstrous eyes, like little polished pebbles, and began to walk. It fell almost immediantly, and Citali could feel the strain on her legs as she held herself back from leaping to the rescue. Even though the Herla were the Putnar's prey, Citali's secret softspot was for the little ones, and she could never bring herself to kill one.
