ooc:Blizzard, you are welcome to join anytime, Citali is just on a patrol with her brother! That goes for every other member! Feel free to join!
ic: Lucid amber-saphire mixed optics scanned the clearing as she carefully placed one paw in front of the other. She and her brother, Glade, had just lost the herd of roe deer to the crackle of lightning, and were on their way through the forest and back to the StarWinder dens. Citali lifted her head slowly, letting it poke out above the dense underbrush, her flowing ivory tail lifted high in the air.
Glade did the same, they were twins in nearly every way, except for their looks, of course. His scars were a livid red, but he ignored their continuous pain. Citali had never been able to make the aching pain go away from his scars. He blinked, and turned his head to the left, adn then to the right. Glade glanced at Citali, who was looking at him, and nodded. It was safe to move on.
The pair had heard gunshots only that morning, and were very wary of walking out in the forest, but the Pack needed meat. Oh, it was so hard not having a First Hunter!
Citali's haunches bunched up beneath her musculine body, and she let them shoot out from under her like a spring. She darted across the clearing, Glade following after her, like a rabbit fled from a ravenous Varg. That's what she was today. Ravenous. Hunger bit her belly, but Glade's soft, comforting, constant whimpering kept her from howling in anguish.
Glade's ears lifted. "Citali, look. Reigndeer." Citali padded out from the edges of the forest and into the plains happily. The Drappa's spirits lifted as she laid her odd optics on a large herd of reigndeer. But the Dragga beside her only sighed and shook his head. The stags had sharpened their antlers, and had seen the two Varg. The StarWinders would never get enough meat, now. Another crackle of lightning, another crash of thunder. The reigndeer hinds bolted behind the protective wall of stags, making Citali growl and bite Glade's ear, but her brother did not yelp, for he had ten pairs of stag eyes upon him.
"Oh, Tempestes, if only you were here! You could help us!" Citali mumbled, staring up at the bleak grey sky.
ooc:I'm sorry, I've got to leave.

OOC: But I am! I am!
IC: Tempestes lifted up his head, his ears perked up. He felt a need to go after the two hunters. Rising from his haunches, his tail wagging momentarily behind him, he bunched him muscles before setting off, his strides being able to match those of a stangs with ease.
He bound among the giant rocks, heading down a mountain path that he had used in several occasions. Trees began to rise up from the ground. Down bellow, he saw the three young bucks.
Teeth raised in a silent snarl, he dived down off a large rock. Pads crunched on rocks, cruching them under his weight. He slowly approched from behind a tree, whisping quietly," You wanted me, I have come...Citali."
Remaining behind the tree, he layed down on the ground to get a good gaze at the bucks. His golden blue orbs gazed at them, browsing over for any weaknessess.

One watched from the shadows, wary of the three hunters. One of the stags had noticed her, and a pair of eyes were now resting on her pure white fur. She didn't want to be noticed: not yet at least. Not when they were on edge.
She moved carefully and quietly, so as not be heard. She moved towards the end of the herd, and many more stags and fawns laid eyes on her. She was extrodinarilly(sp?) nervous.
Several steps later she began nearly careless and stepped on a branch, snapping it. She paused, hoping not to be heard.

ooc:Blizzard! ~huggles~ Hello, Kuroi!
ic:Every stag turned their gaze away from the StarWinders and onto the Kerl. Citali took no notice of the Kerl, but let her anger bubble up through the ground and into her soul. She managed to keep her mouth shut and not howl, but she angrily bit Glade's ear again, causing it to bleed this time.
Glade managed to keep back to yelp that burst through his throat like a cannon, instead, he coughed. Citali was looking at Tempestas now, and then directly at the Kerl.
"Tempestas, we have a visitor..."
ooc:Kuroi, she’s not really looking at your wolf, but she smelled her. Her anger is blinding her, just needed to clear that up.

Tempestas slowly rose from the ground, slinking over to Citali's furry side. He tilted his ear out, to save Glade from the torment his sister was imposing to him.
His voice was low, to not draw attention from the deer, "I hear that, you need to calm down Citali." His mitt brushed against hers, and he moved his head as in saying, here, take mine.
His golden optics watched the deer, hoping to see an opening to take in attacking. His eyes darted past the three deer, to the other side of the clearing.
There lay a dead tree, fallen from rot and decay. A plan leapt to his mind, burring through quickly. he whispered quietly to them, "I think we can get a fole if this works out right..."

OOC: Kay!
She paused, the scent of blood drifting past her nose. She turned her head towards the three. She blinked once, confused to why they were harming each other. She lowered her tail, not wanting to fight. REALLY not wanting to fight.
Her ears were flipped forward as she listened to the snorting of the stags, before one snorted and ran full speed toward her.
She yelped, causing the other deer to charge as well. She, however, ran to the left, away from the stampeding herd.

ooc:Blizzard, we have new members! YAY!!! ic:Citali's anger had subsided momentarily, but when she saw the reigndeer burst away through the trees with no hope of pursuit, the flame burst back into her, this time three times larger. She did not take it out on her companions, though, for her eyes, which were like slits now, had caught the Kerl. "There's an intruder here, and I bet she's the one responsible for ruining our hunt! That Kerl better have an explanation for this, because my belly will be full, even if it has to have her in it!" The Alpha snarled this rather loudly, and angrily stamped the ground with her paw. Glade was thanking Tempestas, and began to lick his sister across the ear, trying to calm her.

She flipped her ears back, hearing the words of Citali. Her tail automatically went between her two pure white legs. A whimper escaped her maw.
She rolled over onto her back as the reindeer disappeared into the woods. She lay on her back, exposing her belly. She hoped that she wouldn't have to fight.

ooc:So you want to be the Sikla, right? She's doing pretty good by submitting so easily, you know.
ic:Citali's anger stopped once more, for a brief moment. She had seen the Kerl roll onto her back in submission, and the Alpha proudly lifted her head and let out a victoriously proud howl.
Glade smiled at this Arctic Kerl, he liked her. She was already learning that his sister was not fond of her intruding, and was dealing with it quite well.
Citali leaned towards Tempestes and snarled good-naturedly. "Seems like we've got ourselves a good humble Varg, wouldn't you say?"

She remained on her back, but hearing her words and not quite understanding them she asked, "What is a Varg?" she asked. She has never been around wolves a lot, so she doesn't quite know the speech.
Her ears flipped forward a little bit, listening.

Citali could see the Kerl leaning forewards to listen. She lifted her voice higher, and turned her head back towards the mysterious Drappa Kerl. "Who are you, Kerl? Why are you in StarWinder terra?"
Glade glanced over at the Drappa, smiling a little. He shook his head, and nudged Citali gently. "Please, forgive my sister, she is a bit hard on Kerls like you. Tell us why you have come here, I'm sure Tempestes and my sister will understand."
ooc:Should we wait for Blizzard, or go on?

ooc: I'll reply, then we should wait
"My name is Lupo, and I was not aware that this was territory. I was living on my own for quite a while. Now, may I get up?" she asked, trying to be very polite.

Tempestas slowly approached the Kerl, looking at Citali, his eyes saying to be slightly kinder. Turning to Lupo, he said in a calming voice, "The mistake is realized, and you may. Do not mind my friend here, it is just that we are having a hard time getting some food."
Temptestas stomach growled loudly, and he shook his head, sighing. "I'm going to see if I can find any hare, I'll try and get as much as possible." He nodded his head to Lupo, "Next time you stray onto our terra, I will not be so kind." His voice held dangerous promise, and he turned his back to the Kerl, striding into the once full clearing.
He paused on the edge of the tree's, his auds perked up and twisting as he listened. He growled, his hindquaters and forequaters tensing and then letting go like a spring, running at full speed.
A small creature rose out of the snow and began to run away, trying to move as fast as it could on not well mastered legs.
Snow flew after Tempestas as he kciked his legs back, pursuing the forgotten young reigndeer, his hackles back, snarls being able ot be heard across the clearing.
The young reigndeer flew into the tree's, with a snarling and raveunouss(sp?) Tempestas right on it's heels.

Citali was about to retort, but bit her tongue sharply. She wouldn't dare talk back to her friend and equal, for now, she did not have the reason to. Citali's now warm, amber-saphire eyes glittered kindly in Lupo's direction, but there was still a strange barracade of trust surrounding her mind, and it showed in her eyes.
"I appologize, Ker-I mean Lupo. Please forgive me, but my friend is right. I only act this way for my belly is clawed at by hunger."

OOC: I'm back! I was in Myrtle Beach for the weekend...
BIC: She carefully pushed herself off the hard and snowy ground, flecks of the cold white stuff across her back and tail, which remained between her legs. Her ears perked up as the snarl was released from the male's maw. "Why didn't you say you were so hungry? There is a group of elderly stags out by the river."
She turned her head towards the thickly dense forest. "I can lead you!"
