ooc:I'm listening to All the Small Things and Lights and Sounds by Blink 182 and Yellow Card....So if I start going hyper at times...I'm sorry! xD
ic:Katrina smiled gently as a rare warm wind floated under her wings, carrying her delicate body easily over the land, gripped tight in the paw of Wolfbane and his wintery season.
The blank ivory stretch below was soon broken by the delicate, almost blue color of the hardened ice of the river, by emerald everygreens and gaunt oaks, and by the golden form that was her Lord.
Aslan smiled as Katrina floated in from her search of the land. She had been looking for the nearby pack and for other Kerls, she did not want Aslan getting involved with others.
Katrina had become Aslan's guide and guardian, for the Dragga was still young, and had streaks of rebellion and curiosity. The morning dove knew that the pack around here was not the kindest to Kerls, and that many of the Kerls around here were ruthless and cruel, and, in the time of hardship that was winter, would rip and tear anything in their path to shreds.
The golden Dragga's thick coat was as shiny as ever, his chocolatey brown eyes dancing brightly. Katrina let herself smile as she lighted gently onto his head, pecking her Lord's nose very gently, as a kind of greeting.
"Hello, Katrina, find anyone?" "No, my Lord, the pack is not near here, and, if they do come along, I have found a path that goes around their territory, up into the mountains, into a safe region of caves."
Aslan laughed. "Now why would I want to go somewhere safe when I could meet some of them? I can't run away all the time, Katrina, Varg do not run from other Varg, the only thing we run from are the gods and the mastery of Man." Katrina looked at him, stony faced. Aslan would never understand that being safe was much better than simply "winging it" as he called it. However, Aslan had a way with others. He could make the depressed laugh, the stony soft, and even the ill feel better with just a simple smile or a look at his bright, kind eyes.
Aslan now sat by the frozen river's edge, staring at his reflection. He had a spot on his cheek, and he couldn't get it off. Katrina tried her best to ignore him, but soon the two friends were in a laughing frenzy of light pecking and delicate pawing.

ooc:Of course I shall use Bayne again, possibly my most favored wolf ;;
bic: The winter snow was delicately blanketing everything in sight, funny how it covered her too. She had been alone for a while now...her brothers where together somewhere, and her cousin, her best friend, off again with Sol...so, she was alone, not that she minded of course...this sort of setting was perfect for her.
Bayne had always been a strange Varg....more like the Human's hounds, really...feeble and basically helpless...and, it could be said she was slightly...paranoid of others. Why? It couldn't be said, but she really didn't trust anyone, not even the remaining members of her strange family...she had spent and preferred still, in the entire two years of her life...alone and isolated, but what did that matter?
Presently, she was in a soft, calming peace, her already white body blanketed lightly with the snow...to any airborne creature, she would be very easily overlooked...which was simply perfect.
She had found the heart to rest a while, a soft, numbing sensation caused by the snow, her tail across her nose....and the loud crowing of two ravens by each of her ears....hmm, it seemed this peace wasn't as perfect as she wished for......
"Bayne!" Oh, that loud, unpleasant crowing voice...."Bayne!, wake up already, enough of this...." Another pecked contently at her nose, the scent of this one "warned" Bayne of this one being the female of the twin siblings....
Bayne sighed, at first pawing at her maw and laying onto her side, giving a low, heavy sigh....to show the two she wasn't listening....but the two only cawed louder, and she was forced open her eyes......the blurred figures of the two caused her to sigh once more...."Why are you two here? Weren't you suppose to venture to one of the human cities?" She yawned, attempting to close her eyes again, and ignore the slight weight of one of the ravens resting on her head.
The one on her head, Storm, answered...."No, those areas are horrible I say...of course, they're rich with food, but the air is horrible.....a sad exprience...and actually, a waste of time too...." Seeing that Bayne wasn't paying much attention to both of them...he tightened his claws around her flesh, just slightly, but enough to force her to paw him off....
Bayne was highly displeased, and stared at the two before her...the twins look delighted, and their names matched them perfectly, Storm and Chaos...."What gives? Really...first time I'm not stuck with one of the three....and you have to ruin it, no?"
Chaos shook her head...."Of course not, Bayne...of course, however, if you'd like to meet another wolf, I'd suggest you stay right where you are...."
At these words, the tired, displeased look seemed to vanish...."What?" Storm nodded, cawing..."Indeed, a wonderfully golden pelted wolf, at first glance, it looked like a cougar or such...but it was another Wolf....not nearby....yet rather close at the same time too..."
Bayne sighed..."for a start, I suggest you two be silent for a while...?"
Of course, being silent for a Raven was difficult, two was impossible...and at her words, the two had burst into a loud, screeching furry of laughter....Bayne was almost shocked...and bound for them, "You two! Stop that!" The two cawed louder, and...at that moment, they took wing and lift off, surprisingly, causing her to chase after them....just staying barely out of her reach, for purpose of course.....She bounded after the two like a pup would after a curious creature...yet these two where up to something else, and at the moment, it seemed, that as long as they kept their voices high, she'd make all attempts to silence them....But, after the frozen river's rim started to come into view from the distance, the twins split their flight pattern, Storm turned wing to the right, and Chaos to the Left, the two landing on the running Varg's back...She looked back at them, still she continued running..."What in the world are you two DOING?!" She had a slight snarl in her voice...
Chaos spoke up...."Introducing you to that Wolf we saw...." Bayne Stopped so awkwardly, the two ravens where were flung forward, but, they flared their wings, and turned to her....Bayne spoke again...."Exactly WHAT did you say?" Storm answered..."exactly what you heard....if we weren't to bring you here, you'd run off again....."
Bayne was pacing, not really listening...."How could you? For once, I find complete isolation from anyone...and now you've brought me here........" She circled, and layed on the snow covered ground, covering her eyes with her paws and whimpering....Chaos landed on her shoulder...."But....but Bayne...." Bayne answered...."Please, can you be silent now? At least now?" Storm gestured to his sister....and she sighed....lifting off behind him. The two perched by a nearby lone tree, and for once, though it seemed surreal...the two where...silent....Finally, the heart chilling, isolated peace she wanted....but the scent of another was obviously in the air nearby....ah, it was the peace she wanted...but right now, it seemed....too late...
ooc: Yeah....

ooc:My mind is a little off today, so I'm going to appologize in advance if my replies are really...icky. xD
ic:Katrina sat on the snow, now, bolt upright, staring around. There was another one nearby. Eyes wide, remaining stock still as ever, the morning dove whispered shakily to the Varg behind her, half rolling on the ground.
"My Lord," Her eyes scanned the area for any sign of the other Varg before saying anything else, for fear it would trigger some kind of attack. "there is another one near here." Once again she scanned the area for anything suspicious. "We must leave. We must go to the caves!" Her shy and small voice rose to that of a screeching scavenger, her wings flaring, lifting her up into the air, hovering nine feet above the flaxen hued Varg below her.
"Katrina, relax." Aslan spoke cooly, loud enough just for anyone within five feet of them to hear, not loud enough to give them away, but not soft enough to make himself sound frightened like the morning dove. Katrina still looked down at him with wildly fearful eyes, but she lowered herself a few feet, she could not disobey her Lord. "Good, Katrina, good." The Dragga's voice was soothing, caressing Katrina with calmity and reassurrance. "Now then," the ochroid Varg spoke again once Katrina was down on the ground, the fear completely gone from her, "if there is any other Varg around here, they will come, but only if they wish to see us." He winked childishly. "Not all Kerls are social like me, you know." A light chuckle escaped his maw, but it did not last, Katrina was already flying away, up into the mountains, with no intent of her Lord following her.
Aslan sat down in the snow, staring out at the swiftly disappearing figure of the dove. A soft, almost mournful sounding voice that had never before passed from Aslan's maw passed from it that very moment. "We will meet again when the feelings of Wolfbane's own melt away from your heart."

ooc: No worries, my mind is off too, seeing I've found out how to soft cell shade in Photoshop....and my idiot computer had to die, so my dad had to RESET the whole thing, D: I'm SO upset >_<
Now let's see how reply D:
bic: The two ravens huddled against eachother...this sort of weather was fine for their wolf...however, for them...it was almost....torture...But, they would obey, and they kept still and silent....but, not for long, obviously....
Chaos murmured..."Your ideas are so lovely indeed, aren't they now?"
Storm grumbled back...."Oh yes, blame it all on me....like you always do.....since you were a nestling, you never took any blame....but I won't speak any farther...."
Bayne was still huddled in her spot....grumbling softly to her self, but currently, all that could be heard was the wind...or, at least it seemed...She herself, after a while of some consideration, turned to the ravens...."You two get over here before you freeze to death, understood?"
They did not detest one, bit, and in a flash, were huddled softly between Bayne's folded forepaws...Chaos spoke up again....it was always her in the first place anyways...."Bayne....sorry....?" Bayne sighed...."What am I to do with you two? Intresting how I was foolish enough to follow this far in the first place......"
There wasn't an answer from either of them, they were as silent as ever....and it caused her to sigh again...."Intresting, even more, how silent you two are at the moment....hmmmm....but I suppose...." She cut her sentence off, just like that...."You suppose what?" asked Storm...looking up at her....
Bayne shook her head..."Hmm, nothing.....but I suppose It would be nicer to have one of the three with me.....Zihark, Valence and Eclipse are together...I should be with them too...."
Chaos answered her..."I suppose if you want, we could maybe....look for them...."
Bayne detested, "Of course not....you're going to leave me alone with an unseen stranger? I think not...." Storm nudged at his sister, a sign to not excite Bayne any farther...once again, there was a chilling silence between them....something a Raven's nature wouldn't bare for long....
Storm shook his head...."No Bayne, we're going....we'll find one of them, and come back to you...." Bayne cut him off, that worried look over her face...."But....but...."
"But nothing, Bayne..." Chaos scolded, "We've been here all this time, has ANYONE shown up?" Bayne was silent....they had a fact here, and it seemed she wasn't able to fight with that..."Exactly, so unless you choose to explore, which we highly doubt, No one is going to come by, understood?" Bayne nodded, though it was a weary nod....
And at once, in sudden like they always did, the twins were off, the black forms soon covered by the soft snow drifts...and they were out of sight then. Bayne sighed, now she was in true isolation....yet, there was a stranger nearby as well....But, the ravens stood right on one fact; if she stayed where she was, no one was bound to find her, her white pelt already offered her to go about unnoticed in this sort of weather....so, in truth, there really wasn't anything to worry about.
She layed her head on the snowy ground, and curled her forepaws underneath her, sighing...for once, this silence seemed...uncomfortable...
ooc: yeah, you get where I'm at ;;

ooc:Where are you going for Spring Break? Or have you already had yours..?
ic:His ears perked instinctively as the beating of wings smacked against the insides of his ears. There were more birds around, and, with them, was the smell of another. By the scent, the birds were ravens, and the other Varg was a female.
Maybe it was the fact that mating season was in full swing by this time, or maybe it was just Aslan's curiosity coming out, with Katrina absent and not buffetting him with a whirlwind of consequences that would, most likely, never happen. The golden Dragga began to look for this she-wolf, wondering vaguely if she were a Kerl or a pack Varg.
Aslan now stared blankly at her, spread out on the ground. He was about five feet from the Drappa, but he hardly knew it. The only thing he saw that made him realize that she was not part of the snow, was her claws, pawpads and the very tip of her nose. His tail lifted, a smile spreading accross his face. However, when he strolled to her side, his strides contained dignity, pride, and assurance. His voice was rich was kindness and dignity, his eyes sparkled with the curiosity of youth.
"Hello, there."

ooc: Truth be told, I have NO clue when my spring break is XD But no, I'll be home, wasting on the computer/game cube/ or keyboard ^_^
bic: She had fallen into a light sleep...the two Ravens had been gone for a while, a that pleasing peace she wanted fell once more...the surrounding area was quiet...and it seemed...isolated. So once again, she had relaxed herself.
Her ears twitched softly at the voice...for a moment, she had thought possibly the two had returned with one of the three...but the fact that the scent of stranger was near caused her to become slightly uneasy...She lifted her head slightly, and turned it towards the voice only to see a golden pelted Varg, so close as well, how was it that he came by so...quietly?
She didn't react like she usually did, mostly because he had come to close to...say, escape that easily. If she was to inch away like she usually did, she supposed that she would be an easy target to follow, so instead, she simply observed, showing no signs of being...afraid.
Hmm, Golden pelted, like her companions had described, so it was that unseen stranger...intresting, his coat was as stunning as they had described, usually they'd over exaggerate whatever they saw, but this time, they seemed to be truthful in their description.
Possibly it was the cold, it could be used as an alibi, or a hint of her timid nature starting to finally react, but she could feel her self shivering slightly, though she did answer back to him... "Hello, Sire...."
It wasn't like her to talk to others, but when she did, she'd show her respect, it was a habit that seemed implanted into her, something she wouldn't be able to give up.
She kept her eyes on him, watching every movement of his, and observing them closely...the more she was aware of his movements, the easier it would be to...escape, if it called for it.
Currently, her whole body urged for her to bound away as fast as possible, but, that would be foolishness, mostly since he was so close. No, she'd have to wait, which, because of her nature, was proving to be slightly...difficult.
ooc: Ugh D: I have to rush, much work to do today... >_< Not much, if I have time, I might modify it...otherwise, I suppose you can reply

Her title for him swiftly shocked, and, if one dared to say it, annoyed him. He could hardly stand Katrina calling him 'Lord', how then, could he appreciate being called 'Sire', very similar to the, what he thought of as disgraceful and cruel, title Katrina had given him from the moment the two had met?
Aslan, too, studied her. She looked like a normal white wolf, but her eyes were what threw him into a great puzzle. They looked pained and bloody, but yet they looked fearful and alert, like all wolves' eyes looked. He ignored this, though, he did not want to insult anyone by staring at a feature that was, to him, 'uncommon'.
"Please, miss, do not call me 'Sire', I already have to deal with the agony of being a 'Lord' in the mind another Lera. If it is your wish to call me by this title you have addressed me by, I would prefer that you address me with no name at all." He smiled, getting out of this gloomy mood with the pain of carrying a title he did not deserve. "However, miss, if you do wish to call me something," The Dragga winked. "call me Aslan."
His thick, bushy tail lifted as high as it could go, full of the pride in his very name. How he loved his given name, it made him feel free, more full of freedom than the birds of the air and the waters of the sea, freedom without the burden of an undeserved title.

She was taken back by his reaction slightly, usually, others would take the title with full pride, and leave it at that, simple, but this one was different...and in a way, she took the reaction somewhat...hard, but it was part of her nature, she couldn't help it...
Her ears folded back slowly, and she lowered her head slightly...to her, she already made a...bad impression.
"I...well...alright...I suppose I'm glad to meet you....Aslan..." Her words had come out in pieces, no unity within them...possibly because she was finding it impossible to hide her timidness, which, at the moment, was showing her no mercy.
She sat up now, feeling too uneasy to stay in an overly relaxed position. Before she was to go on any farther, she had to find out one thing...."M...May I ask...are you from the pack....or a Kerl as well...?"
Her already folded ears flicked slighly, as if trying to catch the sound of her Ravens' wings, coming to "aid" her. If they were at her side, they'd be the ones speaking...right now, she was fighting to control herself, but then, it wasn't her fault, was it? She sighed...she could have run, couldn't she? But something within her told her to stay...why? Even she couldn't tell. All she did was continue watching, and fighting back that severe shivering, that begged to reveal itself...

He brightened immediantly, flashing to her a grin. She understood that he did not prefer such a title, and she respected it. Although he was glad, a dark thought in the back of his mind figured he had offended her by going against what was obviously in her nature.
"Call me a Kerl, if you wish, I prefer to think of myself as..." Aslan paused. If he didn't call himself a Kerl, which he didn't, then what did he call himself? His grin faded, turning into a puzzled frown. After a moment's pause, he grinned again.
"As a Free Varg."

She calmed slightly, no pack, no others but himself...but still, that wouldn't cause her to become too highly pleased with the situation before her.
"I'll be fine with calling you Aslan....please, nothing more..." Of course, however, that statement was a lie onto herself, of course she wasn't "pleased" to call this varg so...so straight forward, but she wasn't at all going to call him "kerl"; from the way she was taught, that was the lowest form to address anyone.
She realized he didn't know much about her, like her name...but the less knew, the easier she'd be to forget, simple.
She sighed...what to do now? It seemed...until her ravens returned, she was bound here, until they came, there was no hope to...escape...and anyways...he seemed....unusually kind.
She spoke up, quietly....barely audible, nothing but a soft, wavering whisper....it was dirrected more to herself then it was to this kindhearted stranger...."Forgive me, I can't find the heart to trust anyone...forgive me, if I seem....strange..."
She turned her eyes away from him for a while, it seemed...strange to simply keep watching someone so closely, she knew she did...but her ears continued to scan the area, though, strangely, she was attempting to stop.

Aslan dropped his smile as something tickled the insides of his ears. He couldn't understand it, but it sounded like...like some sort of speech, almost like an oath or the line of a song. It was as soft as the snow falling to the ground, as calming as the rain. It was beautiful.
Not sure of where it had come from, Aslan braved to ask. The question bashed his mind like stags at Anlach, he could deny it no longer.
"I don't know if it came from you, but...I don't think you're strange at all. You're unique, like a Varg should be."
The golden Varg flashed her a miniscule smile, his white fangs gleaming under thin lips. His thoughts shuffled around again, when yet another question bashed his mind.
"Forgive my rudeness, miss, what was your name?"

At his words, her wish was granted, her ears no longer searched for the flapping of Ravens' wings...rather, stood towards the dirrection of the Varg before her; a slightly shocked look upon her face, did he really hear her?
Indeed, he did...simple, and she wouldn't hide that, but instead, answered him, "Being unique is fine, all Varg should be...being different...being strange isn't...." her voice trailed off slightly...slipping in a soft, "I would know..." to complete the sentence she left incomplete.
She curled her tail over her feet, when she had been lying down, her feet were covered by her entire body, and she was completely comfortable, now, sitting up, the chilling wind bit at them quite easily, yet she wasn't going to show any sign of relaxing...yet.
Ah, her name...so he did ask...she had hoped whole heartedly he wouldn't, but he did none the less, and so she replied with a soft..."Forgive me...I'm...Bayne..."

He smiled. "Bayne...Why, that's so pretty, I don't understand why you say it with such sadness." Yes, Aslan had sensed that she was not proud of the name, nor was she proud of her own being. The Dragga had heard bits and pieces of the sentence, but chose not to say anything about it, fearing that he could have misinterpretted it, and he did not want any violence to come from a simple greeting and get-to-know-you.
"Please don't take this as an insult, mi-I mean, Bayne- but your name sounds oddly like the pack Varg's Evil Being, Wolfbane. Who was cruel to you by giving you the name that reminded others of cruelty itself?"
