Freezing powers...well...I could make that possible, but I'm still thinking it over...I'm not sure ya'll can handle it...I'm not even sure I can handle it...Haven't had to do that yet.

Duties start December 1, Raven, but you can start early if you'd like, but you don't have to!
Moderators and Global Moderators have Banning abilities, but they can not delete users. They must...I'll put up all the rules for the Staff soon, by December 1, that's soon.
